This kind of accident mainly occurs when diesel oil is filled with gasoline tank, gasoline flash point is lower than diesel oil, if diesel oil is injected into a tank containing gasoline vapor, gasoline vapor is absorbed by the diesel oil and the pressure is reduced, then air is sucked into the tank, and somewhere between the liquid surface and the air suction point, a flammable mixture is formed. (4) Use equipment that meets technical specifications and safety requirements. The automatic control, remote control, measuring instruments, valves and other equipment of the oil table must be regularly inspected and calibrated, and the relevant management system must be formulated, especially the material of the oil equipment can not be ignored.
